RYSK Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu [S]

RYSK Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu School offers a BJJ program for kids from 3 years old to 15 years old. The trainees develop Jiu-Jitsu techniques, control, and positioning as well as practical applications. The classes are designed to teach Jiu-Jitsu self-defense, take downs and ground techniques. Our program will teach the kids different techniques every week which helps the kids to have a solid game in different situations. In addition, our curriculum has an Anti-Bullying program, self-defense techniques, which helps children to increase and develop their confidence. Children are taught respect, discipline, physical fitness, and social skills. They cultivate physical well-being and personal growth.
