Curriculum Corner – Book Lists

Here are some of the past subjects covered:

A good book list is a valuable resource! Whether it be finding literature that aligns with content or building a summer reading list, it is always nice to have some lists readily available. Preview these lists and be sure to visit your local library to stock up on some literature for your learners!

The Best Children’s Books enables you to choose any topic and/or genre. You will find some wonderful suggestions on this site!

Reading to Kids focuses on grades K-5 and has suggestions for each grade level.

Book Girl has an amazing reference guide. If you want your child to be reading historical fiction and are looking for books to pair up with any historical period or country’s history, then you will want to visit this website. The lists are sorted by topic and reading level from beginning readers to young adult novels. This reference can be used from kindergarten through high school.

Good Reads has a list of beginning chapter books for your budding reader.
