Children’s Museum of the Desert

Our school is excited to offer a fun and educational field trip to the Children’s Discovery Museum of the Desert in Rancho Mirage! This interactive museum is designed for hands-on learning, giving students the chance to explore science, art, and nature through engaging exhibits and activities. From creative art studios to science-based discovery zones, children are encouraged to play, imagine, and learn in a meaningful way. This trip will provide students with a memorable experience that combines curiosity, creativity, and collaboration in a unique setting. In addition, Students will design and build floating barges that can carry cargo. Through this fun and interactive activity, they’ll learn about buoyancy and engineering, experimenting with different materials to create the most effective vessel.
- TK-4 graders are invited
- Learners must have a ticket to participate
- Siblings may attend will purchase tickets at the venue
- Parents/ guardians may attend and will purchase a ticket at the venue
- This is not a drop-off event
- All Tickets are non-refundable
- Day of details will be sent out prior to event
