Get ready to explore Joshua Tree like a real young geologist! Students will discover how the landscape changes—sometimes slowly over millions of years and sometimes in fast, dramatic ways. Through hands-on games, creative activities, and a moderate desert hike, kids will also uncover the secrets of how desert plants and animals survive in this wild, wonderful place.
