Design Challenge: How can I design a national monument that tells my story?
Learners in grades 3-4 are invited to join this PBL opportunity where they will become a monument architect, exploring why countries carve their stories in stone—then design their OWN epic monument. Will it honor a hero? Celebrate a wild achievement? Make a stand? Learners will research real monuments, wrestle with the tough question of what deserves to be remembered, and create a design that’ll make people stop and think. Your legacy awaits!
To secure a spot in this PBL, learners must attend each weekly session and complete assigned work.
Class Dates: Tuesdays, 11/3, 11/10, 11/17, 12/1, 12/8
