Mt. Wilson STEM Lessons and Solar Observation

Calling all STEM enthusiasts in 4th-12th grade! Join us at Mt. Wilson Observatory Museum for a day STEM program with lessons taught by astronomers from Carnegie Observatories and/or Mt. Wilson. The lessons will explain the science behind astronomy and the many discoveries made on the mountain. Additionally, you will have a chance to visit different telescopes on the mountain!

Free parking located past the gate. If it is windy, bring a jacket or windbreaker. If it rains, event will be rescheduled.

All attendees MUST be 4th grade and older to attend. Tickets are $26 and will become available Oct 1 at 10am. Learner funds may be used to purchase learner tickets only for this event. Parent/sibling tickets must be purchased using a credit card.
