The Gentle Barn is an educational facility that teaches children about animals in a way that will change their perspective about themselves and the world around them. The Gentle Barn Foundation is a non-profit organization that offers standards-based educational and hands-on experiences for students K-12. Home to over 170 rescued animals, The Gentle Barn educates students through direct interactions with the animals. Students are encouraged to explore issues such as empathy, kindness and responsibility while visiting The Gentle Barn.
Only learners/siblings 2 years of age and older need tickets. Parents are free.
