About Autumn

Mrs. Neveu is a wife and mother of three wonderful children. She has been a middle school teacher for many years but felt her heart pulling to make a change from the traditional setting of public school, and found iLEAD to be the perfect fit! At my home you will find 3 Great Danes, a kitty, a handful of fish, and even a tarantula! Mrs. Neveu enjoys the sun, baking, coffee, crafts, window shopping, and exploring new places. Her family is very much involved in traveling and roadtripping. She has visited 17 different countries, and even lived in Sweden while finishing college. Her bucket list is always growing and changing, as well as her goals and accomplishments. In her travels she has: walked in wooden shoes along the canals of Amsterdam, eaten the most delicious chocolates in Belgium, stood at the top of the Eiffel tower in Paris, stood where the gladiators battled it out in the colosseum in Rome, saw the Mona Lisa inside the Louvre, gazed on the Vatican while eating pasta in Italy, walked through the streets of Pompei and witnessed the devastation of the volcanic eruption of Mt. Vesuvius, eaten grape leaves and swam in mystic swimming holes in Greece, awed at the Northern lights and ate whale stew in Norway, ate reindeer stew and went dog sledding and ice fishing in Sweden, layed in a fur lined bed at the Ice hotel in Sweden, touched medieval castles in Denmark, marveled the art left on the Berlin wall in Germany, explored historic castles and bridges in Prague, drank Sangria and saw the Sagrada Familia Church in Barcelona, celebrated with the local football (soccer) teams in Madrid after a huge win, went waterfall jumping in the Dominican Republic, scuba dived in Jamaica, and so much more! Her passion is to share with her students what she feels is a recipe for becoming a great global citizen: growth mindset, compassion, communication, problem solving, an open mind, advocacy, and an aspiration to always explore.
