Donna’s passion is children. Not only her own five children, but also those of others. She truly loves empowering them to reach their full potential and become all they want to be. Donna spent many years traveling with her four daughters, and now they have been to all fifty states and have fabulous memories of their childhood. The girls are now grown and off at school. One graduated from Harvard and is now a physician, another graduated from Notre Dame Law School and is an attorney, another graduated from Cal Lutheran, and her youngest daughter plays volleyball for Columbia University. Now Donna is starting over with her younger son, Samuel, who has the energy of all the girls combined!
Donna received her bachelor of science degree in dietetics from Texas Christian University, and worked as a registered dietitian until earning her teaching credential from Cal State Long Beach. She has taught elementary through high school in the Garden Grove Unified School District, and has also taught in Washington state.
Donna is excited to work with homeschooling families, helping to support them as they tailor their children’s education to their specific needs, interests, and goals. Her enthusiasm for learning is contagious, and she is thrilled to be able to make a positive difference in children.
