Regional Lead Facilitator
Julie feels privileged to work as an educational facilitator with iLEAD. As she nears her fifteenth year as an educator, she is honored to play a role in the educational journey of her learners. She loves coming away from her meetings completely amazed at each learner’s creativity and ingenuity – and leaves inspired with some serious “mom goals.”
After graduating from USC with a degree in communications, she began her short-lived stint as an intern for a sports agent. She quickly realized that career wasn’t for her and returned to school to earn a multiple subject teaching credential and master’s degree in elementary education. After giving birth to her first child in 2011, Julie left the traditional school system and began working with learners in independent study charters. Partnering with involved parents who do everything in their power to provide the best educational opportunities for their children inspires her every day.
Julie’s other passion is her family. Chad and Julie have been married for about ten years and are the proud parents of four young children: Cole, Paige, Chase, and Cody. In her free time, Julie enjoys reading, working out, and pinning things she will probably never do on Pinterest.
