About Maggie

Maggie Pulley is a native Angeleno and has been an educator for 15 years, after receiving a master’s degree in education from Stanford University. She has worked in public, charter, and independent study schools, and has enjoyed her experiences being part of the wide variety of educational choices that exist in California. Maggie has a strong passion for charter schools. She was a founding teacher at Larchmont Charter School, helping to craft the curriculum and pedagogy for the school. She has since been involved in starting two more charter schools in the Los Angeles area. Maggie has worked with a wide range of learners, from kindergarten to 12th grade. She has been very inspired by the exciting things that are happening in education, outside the traditional classroom, and looks forward to continuing to support homeschool families.

Maggie enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, baking, playing, and having dance parties. And when she gets a rare free minute, she enjoys reading and practicing yoga.
