Mandy Larkins has enjoyed the opportunity to be an education facilitator for the last couple of years and loves the experience she has working with homeschool families. She enjoys the opportunity to meet with families, help with ideas for curriculum, see the work the learners are creating, and offer any help and resources needed. She is a mother of five children, Matt, Trudy, Dan, Tim and Will, and her youngest is in elementary school. She feels raising these children has been her greatest education and one of her greatest accomplishments.
Mandy graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in secondary education of mathematics. She taught algebra at Utah Valley University, worked in a math lab, tutored for numerous years, and has taught in a homeschool learning center.
In her free time, Mandy enjoys training for marathons, going to the beach, attending church, camping, and watching her kids play basketball and football. She loves making chocolate chip cookies and is always searching for the perfect cookie recipe.
