About Matt

Matt has been a teacher and educator for 15 years, with a variety of educational experiences, from traditional education to home and independent study, online learning, as well as teaching college courses. He has also been an advisor for several clubs and programs, including mock trial, theater/drama, choir, and has even spent the last several years as the CEO of a small business!
He lives in Lancaster with his wife and two poorly behaved dogs, and has two children- a son and daughter- both of whom have graduated from UC Davis and have kids of their own. When he’s not teaching, Matt can be found going to the movies or the theater, playing games with friends, or reading some terrible sci-fi and fantasy books!
