About Meenal

Meenal was born in India and moved to the United States in 2002. She lives with her husband and son in Ventura County. She completed a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and received teaching credentials from Cal State University, Northridge. Through her experience working at two charter schools, she appreciates the different learning styles and wants to inculcate the joy of learning in all her learners. She enjoyed teaching middle schoolers by making math more fun and application based.

After becoming a parent, she stayed home for three years enjoying her son. That’s where her love for homeschooling began. As an educational facilitator, she has deep respect for her homeschooling families and their commitment to learning. She looks forward to supporting and offering the best available opportunities for her families and their learners.

Meenal values spending quality time with her family. She loves to meditate, practice yoga and travel. She spends a lot of her time playing Uno and sports with her son. She is always up for a hike or a rollercoaster ride.
