About Michelle Napier

Michelle is honored to be part of the iLEAD family as an educational facilitator! She comes to iLEAD with 20+ years hands-on experience working as an educator. She is passionate about children receiving an education that is tailored to their unique learning style and personality so they are able to grow and reach their highest potential.

Michelle received her bachelor of arts degree in liberal studies from Point Loma Nazarene University. She continued on to earn her teaching credential from National University. She began her educational career back in college teaching preschool before getting her credential and then moving on to teaching kindergarten, first and third grade in Orange Unified School District. During this time, she also trained teachers all over the western part of the United States through McGraw-Hill curriculum in all subject areas. Michelle continued her educational career by moving east and teaching third grade for gifted students in Fairfax County, Virginia. After living on the east coast for six years, she decided it was time to come back home and teach second grade at Red Hill Lutheran School in Tustin. Most recently, she is homeschooling her two elementary-aged daughters.

Michelle is married to her best friend, Brant. They have two amazing girls who keep them very busy and on their toes. Michelle loves traveling with her family, hiking, stand up paddle boarding, playing games and hanging out with their black lab named Kona!
