About Theresa

Theresa was born and raised in Santa Clarita, CA, where she still lives with her husband of twenty-four years and their six children. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies and her Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from California State University, Northridge. Theresa began her career as a kindergarten teacher before embarking on the rewarding journey of raising and homeschooling her own children. Along the way, she taught homeschool classes at Learn Beyond the Book and, for the past three years, returned to the classroom as a third-grade teacher. While she has enjoyed all her teaching experiences, homeschooling remains her greatest passion, and she is excited to bring that passion to iLEAD!

In her free time, Theresa loves cheering on her kids at their sporting events, camping, wakeboarding, taking long walks, and drinking lots of coffee.
