About Tina

Tina graduated from UCLA in 1997 and obtained her multiple subject teaching credential with a CLAD emphasis at Cal State Los Angeles. She has over 20 years of teaching experience as an educator in both public and private schools.

One of Tina’s greatest joys and passions in life is sharing great resources with friends and family members and sometimes even with strangers. Whether she’s raving about the best homemade ice cream in town or sharing her excitement for the easiest meal plan, her enthusiasm and passion are infectious. She brings this same zeal to the homeschooling world of dear friends and fellow homeschooling moms. Along her journey, she has discovered some great resources from curriculum choices to organizing systems and she readily shares with anyone who is seeking guidance or support along their family’s journey to meet the unique needs of their own learners. As an educational facilitator, Tina is excited to be able to partner with fellow homeschooling moms to support them in their journey which can be overwhelming and daunting at times.

Tina grew up in Oxnard, California. She and her husband currently live in Orange County with their two amazingly energetic and adventure-seeking boys, whom they adore. She considers it a privilege to be able to homeschool their two children. It truly has been a blessing to be able to custom-tailor their education according to their different learning styles and interests.

Tina is a foodie at heart and loves trying out new restaurants. She has a major sweet tooth and is always on the lookout for the best desserts in town! And of course, she can’t have dessert without the perfect cup of latte or tea.
