This month serves as a reminder of the struggles Black individuals and communities faced, highlighting important figures such as Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Rosa Parks, and Harriet Tubman, who fought for civil rights and equality. By learning about these historical events and leaders, learners can better understand the ongoing impact of racism and the importance of social justice.
