Each year, iLEAD picks a schoolwide theme. Our theme this year, Be the One, challenges us to show up, make connections, notice what learners need, and remind them that we see, value, and believe in them.

At iLEAD Exploration, our methodology helps us bring that commitment to life—knowing and supporting each individualized learner, creating meaningful experiences through Project-Based Learning, building connection through Social-Emotional Learning, and developing our Learner Outcomes.

This year, we’ll highlight each of these areas in our monthly newsletter, with a special focus on the individualized learner. Together, let’s continue to Be the One for every learner.
