Learner Outcome: Lifelong Learners

Education and learning extend beyond traditional academic knowledge. The iLEAD Schoolwide Learner Outcomes serve as our compass, guiding us in shaping each child’s educational journey. In the course of a child’s career with iLEAD Exploration, our learners will engage with a relevant and rigorous curriculum that will prepare them for success personally and professionally.

We start the year by focusing on being a lifelong learner. This means being self-directed and focused on personal growth and development. Encourage your learner to set personal goals and engage in self-reflection. Help them identify their strengths and areas for growth. Encourage them to seek out new opportunities, explore their interests, and take on challenges with confidence.

At iLEAD, everyone is a lifelong learner, and in the upcoming school year, our staff has made a commitment to increase our knowledge and skills in the area of math. We’re excited to build our capacity to better serve our learners by learning the latest research, applying the best practices, and modeling effective strategies.
