Learner Outcome Survey

As a part of iLEAD Exploration’s ongoing commitment to providing the best educational experience for our learners, we are excited to work with learner outcomes that encompass a holistic approach to education, focusing not only on academic excellence but also on essential skills and values that will prepare our learners for success in an ever-changing world. The following chart gives examples of how a learner within our program will grow to become the leaders of tomorrow.

Your learner’s self-reflection on these learner outcomes is invaluable in shaping their own educational experience and understanding that personal growth is something they can actively develop. The upcoming learner outcome survey (TK-2nd or 3rd-12th) will be reviewed during your learner’s meeting with their EF. As this is their first self-reflection, we are establishing baseline information from which they will be able to grow and develop different facets. Each learner’s overall survey results will be included on the learner’s report of progress in a section separate from the academic marks.
Look out for resources to support our learner outcomes in our monthly Learning Period Posts to help our school further explore each outcome. We look forward to supporting iLEAD learners to be lifelong learners, empathetic citizens, authentic individuals, and design thinkers!
