- Find something in your house or outside that is beautiful, exciting, interesting, inspiring, etc. Reflect on what makes it beautiful and how it makes you feel.
- Experience nature. Take in its beauty. Look around you and appreciate all that is around you. Reflect on how you feel after being in nature.
- Spend time doing a hobby that you enjoy.
