Karate 4 Kids USA's program builds a child's self-confidence and physical fitness while having fun and learning vital skills like patience, persistence, and an active lifestyle through martial arts. Practicing karate teaches students to face challenges, to focus and problem solve, and to set goals and stick to them. Students train on soft targets without any contact with each other. Our self-defense classes are taught in a fun way and have been designed with kids in mind.
