Address Change
If your family moves at any point in the school year, please communicate the change as soon as possible so shipments are delivered to the correct location. All updates must be submitted through the Learner Info Address Update Form. Per vendor limitations, we cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/military base addresses. If you are unable to receive shipments, your orders will be shipped to your EF.
Home Shipping Guidelines
The majority of material orders and monthly subscriptions can be sent directly to the home address listed in the enrollment proof of residency or to your EF. Per vendor limitations, orders cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/military base addresses.
It is important to maintain a great relationship with our vendors and pay them on time, so if you prefer not to keep track of deliveries or have delivery issues, orders will be delivered to your EF. Please update your shipping information using the Learner Info Address Update Form or communicate directly with your EF.
Home Shipping Procedures
When you receive your order, please confirm receipt of the items with your EF as soon as possible within 24 hours of receipt. Vendors are not paid until each line item is accounted for in your delivery. If you are unable to confirm receipt of the order with your EF in a timely manner, or have repeated delivery issues, orders may be delivered to your EF.
- Packing Slip: Upon receipt of your order, please check off each item on the packing slip to confirm the order was received in full. Text/email a photo of the checked packing slip to your EF as soon as possible so they can notify the vendor department and the bill can be paid quickly.
- Monthly Subscriptions: Please take a picture of the box/item including the name/topic/subject if applicable, and text/email the image to your EF. For example, Kiwi Crate and Little Passports list the name of the subscription topic on the outside of the package. You are responsible for tracking each monthly package. Knowing the name/topic of each monthly delivery allows the vendor team to troubleshoot if there are any missed deliveries. Magazines will not need to be tracked.
- Multiple Shipments: There are some vendors (i.e. Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Dick Blick, Office Depot) that may deliver in multiple shipments. The packing slip will only reflect the items delivered, not the entire order. Please follow the same procedures and text/email the packing slip to your EF for each package.
- Questions/Issues: All questions/issues regarding your orders must be communicated with your EF (missing, canceled, back-ordered, out of stock items, incorrect, damaged, etc). Please do not contact any of our material vendors directly for any reason, as the relationship is between the school and the vendor.
