CrossFit Fullerton is a public CrossFit gym located at 401 S. Richman Ave. Fullerton, CA, 92832. Here, we offer daily fitness classes for our members. Each class is programmed in advance and 1 hour in duration. Additionally, each class is led by a coach who is there to demonstrate movements, instruct the workouts, and answer any questions arising from the members of the class. Coach’s may also serve to scale movements for those who are newer or possessing contraindications to ensure the safety of the members. All workouts programmed are suitable for any audience and focus on building the overall fitness of the athlete through a healthy blend of cardio, weightlifting, and gymnastics.
