We encourage children and youth to follow their curiosities, give them chances to experiment, practice vulnerability, and gain a deeper understanding of our wild and wonderful desert environment and themselves.
Our work as educators is to cultivate spaces that center around questions, and to help raise children who are accustomed to being valued, listened to, and supported. Courses include nature-based, outdoor classes for Kindergarten, and classes for 1st-12th grades including filmmaking, photography, creative writing, puppetry, architecture & design, the mathematics of nature, and more.
