REC CLASSES – These classes teach students the foundations of boys and girls gymnastics. Students begin at Level 1 and progress as they learn increased flexibility, strength, and technique. We serve hundreds of students throughout the San Fernando Valley and celebrate our students achievements as they advance through the leveling system. Our gymnastics classes pair supportive learning with enriching fun!
NINJA ZONE – Students will learn a combination of flips, rolls, jumps, and kicks. We work on strength and agility through obstacle courses and other fun training techniques! Our progressive level system will evaluate and advance Ninjas in their skills and knowledge of Ninja Zone.
