Premier Swim Academy in Rancho Cucamonga. Premier Indoor Swim Academy. This state of the art facility is home to the Premier method of swim instruction, focusing on rapid progression through our swim levels.
Academy 1 – This can include the child afraid of getting their face wet, or the eager child who needs to learn basic respect for the water. We will teach them the core competencies for safety and set them up for success in their future learning.
Academy 2 – Swimmers learn directional kicking and how to support themselves to always get the breath they need. Upon completion, they will be able to enter and exit aquatic environments and propel themselves to safety.
Academy 3 – Swimmers will learn a perfect side breath for freestyle and the importance of maintaining momentum throughout their breath. They will also learn how to properly perform backstroke kicks.
