Music / Performing Arts. Virtual Private Flute Lessons. Shannon holds a Master of Music degree from the University of Southern California as a student of Jim Walker. She has been a featured soloist and performed with many ensembles including the Scottsdale Symphony Orchestra, Tempe Wind Ensemble, Brevard Festival Orchestra, Pasadena Lyric Opera, Torrance Symphony, and American Youth Symphony. Highly sought after as an instructor, Shannon has maintained a private teaching studio for more than thirty years. Her students have won positions in the Colburn Youth Symphony and Asian American Youth Symphony, as well as being granted college music scholarships and winning many local competitions.
