The ONE TaeKwonDo offers traditional TaeKwonDo classes for students 5 and up! Classes focus on teaching the fundamentals including forms, board breaking, sparring, self defense, and knowledge. We also emphasize life skills such as focus, discipline, respect, self control, and courtesy. Classes are taught in a game style format to keep students engaged and motivated.
