Curriculum Corner: Physical Education

As homeschoolers, most of you are active and involved with a lot of physical activities! However, sometimes it is hard to think of fun, engaging activities to keep your family fit and healthy. Shape America has fun physical fitness activities, games and resources listed by age level. Space Jamming is something your family might enjoy as a little break between subjects. The idea of a Mobile Meeting could be used during your day, too. If you are about to discuss a book about a historical event or review math facts, enjoy a walk around the block as a family. Incorporating fitness into your daily routine is another way to engage your learners.
