About Rebecca

Rebecca has been in the education field for the last ten years. She grew up in Honolulu, Hawaii and ventured off to Pennsylvania to get her teaching certification. She returned to sunny Hawaii to teach third grade at an International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme. After getting married, they moved to the San Francisco South Bay area where she taught third grade at a Chinese Immersion school. The two of them later relocated to Oregon where she taught fifth grade and English language arts intervention at a Chinese Immersion school. They have recently moved to the South Bay of Los Angeles and Rebecca is excited to support the families at iLEAD. Rebecca and her husband have been married for five years and enjoy traveling both domestically and internationally. Their favorite way to get to know new cultures and areas is through the country’s cuisine.
