About Ruth

Ruth began her teaching career over 30 years ago, working with preschool through fourth‑grade students as well as adult English learners, high school students on home assignments, and remedial summer school. She graduated from the University of California, Irvine, with a degree in Social Ecology and a Multiple Subject teaching credential. When not working, Ruth enjoys vacationing with her husband and two children, solving Sudoku, face painting, storytelling, making and eating sushi, and learning new things. She is excited to bring her enthusiasm and talents to the iLEAD community.
