Why would a vendor not be approved?

A vendor may not be approved in the following cases:

• If a vendor is unable or unwilling to agree to iLEAD’s terms.
• If a vendor does not meet iLEAD’s requirements.
• If the vendor is not a good fit for iLEAD.

NOTE: The school does not disclose reasons for not adding a vendor, as it can be confidential.
