Join us in celebrating our iLEAD Exploration staff this week, May 6-10. Our passionate staff members are committed to inspiring our learners to learn and grow every day, and this is our chance to show our gratitude. Whether it’s a simple thank-you note or a small gesture of appreciation, let’s make this week special for our amazing staff!
Here at iLEAD, Educational Facilitators and staff play an important role in partnering with you to educate, nurture, and guide your learners toward success. This weeklong celebration gives ample opportunity for you and your learners to express appreciation for the dedication and impact our staff have had on your family. Here are some easy and fun ways to take part!
- Monday: Send a handwritten note or e-card to say what you appreciate about a staff member.
- Tuesday: Bake a treat and drop it off if you live close to a staff member who has worked with you.
- Wednesday: Draw a picture or complete a piece of artwork (or poem) to share with a staff member.
- Thursday: Make a video explaining how much you appreciate a staff member and send it to them.
- Friday: Send a staff member a virtual gift card as a token of appreciation that they can use for self-care.
