Camp PBL:Community Champions in Action: Investigating the Roles of Helpers Around Us!(Grades K/1st) – Session 2

During this PBL opportunity, learners in grades K-1 will explore the concept of community helpers through the lens of a career day. They will learn about different professionals such as firefighters, doctors, teachers, police officers, and more, understanding the importance of each role in our community.

Learners will engage in activities and interactive discussions to deepen their understanding of various community helpers. They will ask questions, conduct research, and explore different perspectives to gain a comprehensive view of different professions. They will have the opportunity to choose which community helper they are most interested in learning about. They can also decide how they want to present their findings, whether through drawings, role-playing, or short presentations on Career Day July 5th.
