OC Learning Studio’s Great Spring Adventure!
For the second semester, iLEAD Exploration learners attending the OC Learning Studio went on so many wonderful educational adventures. Through STEAM activities and grade-level appropriate lessons, learners explored the worlds of the various influential people and their impact on society. They learned about art and rhyming with Dr. Seuss, paleontology, catapults and mirror writing with Da Vinci, maps and flight with Amelia Earhart, leadership skills and tenacity with Eleanor Roosevelt, and baseball and integrity with Jackie Robinson. They ended the year with water bottle rocket launches for flight and hats for cats for Dr. Seuss. Learners even enjoyed a beautiful day outside with some water balloon baseball! Our final day brought much celebration with bingo, bubbles, water balloon skee-ball, and a relay race! The studio is looking forward to more amazing learning experiences during the 2018-2019 school year!
