About Nora
Nora is so excited to be part of the iLEAD team. After graduating from BYU in human development, Nora went on to receive her multiple subject teaching credential from Cal Poly Pomona. She began her first year teaching at her former middle school. Nora loved having her former teachers as co-workers, but being fresh out of college, she was often mistaken as a middle schooler herself. Nora has worked in Los Angeles and Orange County as a middle school Language Arts/Social Studies teacher, TOSA (Teacher on Special Assignment) grades K-6, a reading intervention teacher, and as a private tutor. She found her passion in making interpersonal connections with individuals and is eager to collaborate with and support her iLEAD families.
Nora loves spending time with her husband and four children. Her free time is spent cheering at swim meets or soccer games, going running, and playing at the beach. She also loves a good DIY project, organizing, and is a sucker for homemade chocolate chip cookies!
