About Rebecca

Rebecca Brower has been in the special education field for over 24 years and has taught special education for the past 17 years. She is passionate about learning and working with a variety of learners at iLead Exploration.

Rebecca was born and raised in southwest Virginia but has lived in many states over the past years. Rebecca graduated from Bluefield College with her undergraduate degree and continued her education at Liberty University obtaining a Master’s degree in special education, a 2nd Master’s degree in education administration, along with her Doctorate of Education degree in education. Rebecca has a passion for data and has completed extensive research in special education law, entrance ages for kindergarten learners, and how working memory impacts learning.

Rebecca has been married for 25 years and has three daughters. When not reading a good book, she enjoys traveling with her husband, finding new restaurants, and walking the beach.
