Homeschool Day at the Natural History Museum

Upcoming Homeschool Day at NHMLA!

Amazing Arthropods, Tuesday, Oct. 17, 9:30 a.m.-noon

Come discover the amazing world of invertebrates, specifically arthropods! As the most numerous group of animals on the planet, arthropods are incredibly diverse but all share some important features. At this homeschool day, take a closer look at what they all have in common, and see how these incredible creatures play a role in our everyday lives. Explore our nature gardens, talk with museum scientists, and investigate our unique collections to uncover some truly amazing arthropods.

As always, these days are exclusive to homeschoolers, so you won’t be sharing the museum with traditional school groups. No prior reservations are required. The best part? Museum admission and all special homeschool day programs are free for all homeschoolers!

For more details please visit the NHM Homeschool Days website.
