Aerial silk classes offer a popular cirque skill focusing on strength, flexibility, and aerial awareness. Participants use silks to climb, wrap, and execute drops, while mastering complex poses. The foundation includes climbs, wraps, and drops, with each element contributing to an elegant and powerful performance, promoting strength, endurance, flexibility, and confidence.
