Exploring the Arts: Fabric to Fashion Sewing School in Long Beach (Grades K-2nd)

Learners in grades K-2nd are invited to join vendor, Fabric to Fashion Sewing School, for an 8 week session to learn the principles of sewing The sewing class will be filled with lots of variety to keep them inspired through sewing and design! They will learn hand sewing, discuss the basics of being a fashion designer (and how it’s used for practicality and expression), and explore design elements of fabric while practicing dexterity. They will have a cute stuffed animal to take home and a paper doll they design and make a “mini collection”!

Cost: There is no charge to attend these class sessions but there is limited capacity.
