Holiday’s Around the World PBL

Dear Parents and Guardians,

We are excited to announce a three-week project based learning synchronous (PBL) instruction titled “Holidays Around the World.” We will be completing this course December 2nd – December 20th. It will start right after Fall Break. While we encourage your learner to participate for the full duration, we understand if they can only attend certain days—and that’s perfectly fine! SIT is always optional!

For those able to attend the entire course and who wish to plan ahead, we have provided a list [HERE] of all the materials and supplies we’ll be using over the three weeks. Please let your Educational Facilitator know if you would like to place a material order for these items using this [LIST] before fall break so that it will be able to be ordered before our material ordering hold over the holiday’s. This will help ensure your learner has everything they need for a comprehensive experience.

Throughout the three weeks, we’ll be virtually “traveling” to various countries around the world to explore and learn about different holiday celebrations. You can view our daily schedule [HERE]. Make sure to click on the LP4 tab on the bottom 🙂
