Jean-Michel Basquiat Art Exhibit and Art Lab

This exhibition of over 200 never-before-seen and rarely shown paintings, drawings, multimedia presentations, ephemera, and artifacts tell the story of Jean-Michel from an intimate perspective, intertwining his artistic endeavors with his personal life, influences, and the times in which he lived.

After visiting the exhibition, learners are invited to explore, imagine and create their own Neo-Expressionist artwork in the courtyard outside of the galleries. All supplies are provided, participation is free of charge and no previous art experience is required.
