Lil Chef Group Cooking Class – Bread Making Science of Yeast/Kneading

During our Lil Chef School Cooking Class field trip, our learners will get to chop, measure, cut, dice, shred, etc as they prepare recipes from scratch. Not only will they learn and actively participate in the cooking process they will also learn the bread making science of yeast/kneading by making bread rolls that go with their meal. There is a lot for our learners to do and it’s a lot of fun, not to mention delicious! The class is 90 minutes in duration and all the food & supplies, aprons, drinks and Chef Instructors will be included.
This is for iLEAD learners only and great for learners in grades TK-12. Learners will be placed in age groups and the Chef instructors will tailor the lesson to the group’s ability. Parents can observe from the back or hang out outside.
