About Lauren

Lauren was born and raised in Long Beach, California. She graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor’s degree in Art History, holds a Science Teaching Credential from California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) and a Master’s degree in Education Administration from San Diego State University (SDSU). With over 13 years of experience teaching Math and Science to middle school students, Lauren is excited to bring her experience and enthusiasm to her role as an Educational Facilitator with iLEAD Exploration.

Since beginning her independent studying journey last year with iLEAD Exploration, Lauren has embraced the opportunity to tailor education to her daughters’ unique needs and interests. Her oldest daughter currently attends the iLEAD Studio in OC. Lauren is dedicated to fostering a love of learning in all her students, encouraging curiosity, and supporting lifelong educational journeys.
In her free time, Lauren enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines, and gardening with her family.
