About Marcy

Marcy received her bachelor of science degree from Central Michigan University where she majored in business with a minor in languages. During her first year of college, she studied overseas where she was able to refine her language skills.

Marcy enjoys being involved in community programs which include working on craft programs with young families on the weekend. She has been married to her wonderful husband for over 30 years. Her married son is an entrepreneur with karate studios in Mission Viejo and Foothill Ranch (the studios are licensed with ILEAD Exploration). He is married and his wife is a recruiter for the tech industry. Marcy’s daughter is the youth engagement director on the U.C. Berkeley Campus.

Prior to joining iLEAD, Marcy worked in both the hospitality and healthcare industries. Marcy looks forward to assisting families and staff alike. Her passion and goal is to provide five-star customer service for everyone she comes in contact!
