About Nicole

Nicole Schwartz has been in education for over 15 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in business and economics and a multiple subject teaching credential. She loves teaching children and has a passion for instilling in them a love for learning. She has taught second and fifth grades in the classroom. She has also tutored children one-on-one, from kindergarten through high school in various subjects.

Nicole has worked as an educational facilitator with elementary and high school learners for several years. She has seven years experience as a independent study mom, teaching three of her five children with different learning styles, academic strengths, and interests. This has enabled her to become very familiar with the numerous curriculum and resource options that are available to independent study families.

She enjoys being in nature, walking on the beach, reading, and playing with her kids.
