PSAT/NMSQT

The PSAT/NMSQT (practice SAT) is for 10th and 11th grade learners who are considering college. The digital exam will be Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at Orange Coast College, MBCC Room 301. Learners must register now through September 8.
Reasons to take the PSAT/NMSQT:
-
National Merit Scholarships (11th grade learners only) These scholarships may be awarded to 11th graders who score in the top 1% of California test takers.
-
National Recognition Program (10th and 11th grade learners) Underrepresented learners who score in the top 10% may qualify for this award. Underrepresented learners are those who identify as Latino, Hispanic, Black, African American, Native American, Indigenous, or attend high school in a rural area.
-
Improve SAT/ACT test taking skills in a less intimidating environment.
-
