Sewing Spotlight: Rebekah Yospe
Rebekah Yospe is a 10th grade learner at iLEAD Exploration who loves sewing!
Rebekah has been sewing for the past seven years and is taking classes through iLEAD’s approved vendor, Fashion Camp – Create. Design. Sew.
With her skills, Rebekah was able to make her own Halloween costume this year! Her Harley Quinn costume took about a month to create. Rebekah said the corset was the most difficult part of the process because it required a lot of work, but it was worth it because she was able to make the costume exactly how she wanted it, plus it was comfortable!
She loves sewing because it allows her to try something new while being creative. Up next for Rebekah: A custom Hawaiian dress for choir
